1. LGBTQIA+ individuals sometimes question whether they will feel safe, welcomed, or supported in an environment. Displaying Safe Zone stickers is a form of visible allyship - it communicates to others the commitment you're making to creating LGBTQIA+ inclusive environments.
2. Providing any kind of visible allyship is important because it allows others to speak authentically and confidently without fear of reprisal due to their identity.
3. It allows them to live their authentic truth and inspires self-confidence.
You never know whose life you may be able to help or change.
