The library offers two FREE programs to learn English as a Second Language.

Talk Times

Practice speaking and listening to English. Free! No registration required.

• Meets online on Webex Thursdays from 10-11 am from February 4 - April 29, 2021.

Classes

The library offers FREE English classes for speakers of other languages and citizenship classes. 

• Registration has closed for the Spring 2021 Online ESL and Citizenship classes. Everyone is welcome to attend the ESL Talk Time on Thursdays with no registration needed. 
• The Spring 2021 semester will start the week that starts on February 1 and end the week that ends with April 30. 

Lone Star College ESOL Information

• The CyFair Library's free ESL program is through Harris County Public Libraries.
• Lone Star College offers fee-based classes through the Continuing Education Department or for college credit.
