Format Your Paper in MLA

MLA has rules for formatting your Word document. Your paper should have:

  • Times New Roman font
  • 12 pt size
  • Double spacing
  • 1-inch margins
  • First line indent on each paragraph
  • Hanging indent on each Works Cited citation
